    The whole process was just crummy. It started with a call to Eveon as I was leery of buying online unseen… should’ve went with my gut to begin with. I called and asked if the (see web link) pictures I was looking at online were representative of what I could expect to show up once I bought one and was told yes, expect, dings scratches and rust, but water tight.

    1st I ordered on November 22, and ask for a December 7 delivery, I didn’t get a call from them until December 8 letting me know it would be there tomorrow morning, they didn’t show up but not until 3PM. Also they put the container on the truck the wrong way so I couldn’t see inside it . Next what showed up was a total disaster, the unit was so beat to crap and I’m being polite, at one point in time the container had its side mashed in, so they banged it back out so it now had a bubble side. The rust and the amount of dents was is incredible. I wish I could upload my video. One of the dents also had a crack in the steel, which they had been painted with Epoxy recently, but because of the rust the epoxy was flaking off. Driver then tells me no big issue will have you another one on Monday. Finally after multiple emails multiple phone conversations two days later I was told, that my next Connex, could be in the same condition. So the experience cost me $500 for shipping … but here’s the rub the truck driver told me he had somebody else he could take the unit too! But they still won’t refund me my shipping cost.

    what they send is so banged up, dented, pushed out pushed in, rusted and is in no way a representative of what containers I saw on their website. The bait and switch, and then if you don’t keep their junk you have to pay their shipping fee anyway. And then they take it to the next customer to see if they’ll take the hunk of junk! I’d like you to help me resolve the fact that they owe me $500. Thanks Brent

    of used shipping containers. We only advertise, market and sell
    decommissioned containers as described and clearly outlined in our website.

    We offer both a customer service and product guarantee to our customers (also included on the website).
    We are disappointed with Mr. ******’s experience with Eveon, as customer service and container life are our top priority. The refund has been addressed in a
    timely and professional manner.

    The refund of $3,609.11 was sent on 12.23. See attached.
