I went into this store to purchase some foundation and the salesperson held me there by promising me a free facial. She then asked me to be a promoter for the business, and offered an extremely discounted price on an expensive product (her words). I told her several times that I could not afford this, but she insisted the results would be worth it. I asked to leave the store and she held me there with more promises. I felt trapped. She eventually conned me into buying something I didn't want and now, I look at the receipt and it says I cannot return the item. I am devastated by the con-artist nature of this business.

Hi, our customer service had been taking care of ******** this whole time. We have multiple emails with her, claiming she just wants to receive the whole info and the product registration. We sent her everything she requested to her satisfaction. We value our customers and strive to give all of our clients a positive experience. Also, it is important to mention that ******** NEVER came to the store to try to return products and apply for a refund, and when purchasing the products she was very happy and satisfied. We do not force clients to buy. We have all the emails with them and would be happy to provide it. On top of it, since the device was purchased for a discounted value, our company has considered that as final sale. As mentioned on the receipt that she SIGNED, and mentioned in the store, our refund policy is no refund, exchange only. Our team has the original receipt she signed on.

While the receipt does in fact state no refunds in tiny print at the bottom, this was never mentioned in the store as stated by the company. Additionally, the email chain to which the company refers claims that the register at the store has a sign stating as such, but I was kept away from the register by sales staff who took my card and brought my receipt. I don't know of any other business that would put such an important policy on the signature copy of a receipt after the purchase has already been made. The reason I never returned to the store was because I did not want to be accosted by their sales staff again. Finally, the email chain with the company does actually contain my request for a refund and a reply in which the company simply asks for more information before they can process a refund. This would lead one to believe that they do in fact issue refunds. This business is not even present on google, and there is nowhere public online to leave a review. Therefore I took my complaint here since I had no other place to do so.

I purchased a light infrad device and creme at an outrageous price. I was deceived by the sales person that i would be used as the promotions of a new spot and she made it sound like i was going to get a lot off of the product Plus she used my emotions against me and now i purchased it Aug 28th and they will not return it. This is unreal business practice very con artistic.

This company is using false information to sell products to customers especially visitors of Charleston, SC. I was visiting with my family and was attracted by their dog who was leashed outside the business in which they started a conversation about where I was from etc.... They went on to state they were a well known cosmetic company that would be coming to my hometown within the next couple months. They offered a free sample as they were trying to get the word out about their arrival in the coming months. Upon going in they tried a product on me which seemed to have amazing results rather quickly. **** immediately tried selling the product in which I politely denied although she kept pushing the sale and lowering the price. I don't disagree the results were at the time impressing however, I wasn't looking to try anything new as I have a sensitivity to a couple ingredients and like to research before purchasing. She assured me neither of the two ingredients were in this product and it was completely safe. Feeling pushed, I against my better judgement made the purchase and left to continue touring the city. Once returning home I found that the products I questioned were most indefinitely in the product as well as I was lied to about this company and their new store front coming to Columbia, Mo... My husband who was waiting outside the store stated he heard that same line used on 8+ women as I was inside and he could tell this was a scam. After further looking into this company and the products its apparently false information.... I was fraudulently misled and pressured to purchase a product that was misrepresented. I don't want this to happen to anyone else. My invoice number is 2229 and I was sold ATOX for $163.50. This product is still in the plastic and has never been opened. I expect a full refund and I will gladly return your product or I will explore other options. This is not ok.
