    Odyssey Woodworks provided us with a custom vanity and laundry room cabinet quote in early June 2024. We approved the work and paid the required deposit of $2,904 via Venmo on June 4, 2024. Since this time, we've continually followed up with the business owner on several things such as samples, electrical and plumbing needs, timeline for production and installation. In late October we finally received the samples. Within the week, we selected the grain and informed the business owner. Since that time, my husband and I have regularly called and emailed the business owner asking for updates on our custom vanity and laundry room cabinets. After weeks (and months without our custom cabinets) without a response, on Monday, December 16, we sent the business owner an email telling him we needed an update or give us a refund. My husband, Alec Bleggi, followed up with the business owner on Friday, January 3 with a voicemail and an email. At this point, we want our money back from this business.

    I take full responsibility for the issues with the project.  During this time frame we have been short staffed and I as the owner was very ill the second half of the year.  I was not able to provide the proper oversight and the project slipped through the cracks.  Admittedly it took an inordinate amount of time to get the samples delivered as the project is about a 45 minute drive from our base of operations.  We were trying to drop them off when we had a service call in the area and things just didn't work out the way it was intended.  This is not an excuse, just an explanation of what happened.  

    We have done work for the clients before and they are great people.  I sincerely apologize for the mis management leading to the situation.  They have been refunded in full.
