    From June through August of this year we had dumpster services from CFM Dumpsters. During that time, they had trouble with their trucks which resulted in tremendous delays which caused huge problems as we were trying to complete our construction project. At one point they hired another company to swap the dumpsters but that company never showed, which we told CFM at the time. Evidently that company still charged CFM for the services and they are trying to charge us. Even after reminding them that those services were never provided, CFM is now threatening to send full dumpsters back to an operating hospital if we do not pay these bogus invoices. We had a total of 6 dumpsters. We paid the first 3 which were invoiced properly. Then we received one massive invoice with no detail or explanation. I asked for individual invoices connected to the actual dumpster swaps but instead I received threats to send the full dumpsters back if we did not pay the bogus invoice of 3,915. I have told them if they would invoice us the proper amount of 570 x 3 = 1,710 I will pay that as I did the first 3. They reiterated their threats to send full dumpsters to the hospital.

    BBB, This complaint as stated is totally inaccurate. The facts are the client initially ordered 3 dumpsters which we served with out truck they paid for the 3. Than our truck went down and trying to get the other dumpsters for her I prepaid a 3rd party out of pocket at a loss to my business to do this for them. The 3rd party ran 5 more dumpsters to them i attached 4 receipts. The 3rd party didn't have a copy of the 5th so i didnt charge them at all for either the 5 dumpster or ANY extra dump fee charges which almost all were over. In addition my truck came back and put an additional 2 dumpsters down at the end i have a picture of one here but there is no more space to send the other. I furthermore have an email the 3rd party sent to the client describing how i saved them thousands which i definitely did.

    Bottom line I went above and beyond to help this client and because they "think" they didn't get the dumpsters they chose to attack someone who went out of their way to help them. I charged them only for 6 out of 7 additional dumpsters (other than the 3 they paid for before my truck went down)  and no extra dump fres i saved them thousands these are the facts.

    I have provided proof via receipts of the dumpsters of the 3rd party company I paid out of pocket for them to provide dumpster service after our truck went down temporarily. This doesn't include a 5th dumpster they serviced and dumped i didnt charge them for because they couldnt provide me a receipt.

    Furthermore i provided the 2 additional pictures of dumpsters our truck serviced after the truck returned to service. I even spoke with the supervisor both times these 2 additional dumpsters were serviced. I will attach them again to this response.

    The client attempted to get out of not paying their bill after i went above and beyond even pre paying a 3rd party after our truck went down.

    No body else would have done this for them guaranteed. I have gone above and beyond this should be a 5 plus star rating. I even gave them the option of the 2 additional  dumpsters my company serviced to be brought back after they didn't want to pay their bill. They declined and paid what they owed only after my option was discussed.
