    1. They come when you call which is so important in unusual circumstances- loss of power to a certain part of the house.

    2. Joseph was bird dog when it wasn’t a simple solution to fix the issue. He was completely professional and the most conscientious person I have ever in any industry. He is a 10 star professional electrician.

    Brent replaced the mismatched circuit breakers in the fuse box that were causing sparking issues. He also saw something else in this older home I recently purchased that needed attention with the disconnect at the hot water heater. He replaced the disconnect as well. I’m super happy with Mister Sparky. They are on time, very efficient (they know what they are doing), plus they give a discount if you’re part of their club. I highly recommend them.

    I have to take this time to call out the great service I got today from Colby with Mr. Sparky. He was so curtious, he wanted to do everything I wanted and he listened to me with such attention, and gave me choices to get it all done. He was quick and kept me informed how it was going. He went over and above what i was expecting, and the room was spotless when he was finished. Without a doubt, the best customer service rep/technician I have ever had the good fortune to have come to my house.
