    I wanted to return a light bulb under their five year warranty. I have proof of purchase. I want to determine where to send the defective product and if the company would send me a shipping label. The reasoning was that shipping the item to them under the warranty without the label would cost more than the cost of the item, therefore what use is the warranty.

    I have emailed twice and left a voice message and no one returns my call or emails.

    This customer has been contacted and it was confimred that he received a replacement for defective LED bulbs; therefore, this matter has been taken care of.
