    On August 29th at approximately 8:20 a.m. I placed an order online at this hardees location. I waited in a very long drive through line for my order only to be told along with the entire line that the store was closed, even with employees present. I asked if I could get a refund for my order and the employee laughed, walked back inside the restaurant and closed the door. This is theft. My order was for 11.31. I'm demanding my refund and I promise to NEVER give this place business because of the fraudulent practices and low quality staff.

    Unfortunately, our store had a power outage when Mr. ******** came to pick up his order which is why he was unable to receive his food.  When Mr. ******** complained we told him that he would have to request a refund through the app, as the store is unable to give refunds on transactions conducted through the Hardee's app.  We certainly apologize to Mr. ******** for his experience, but our hands are tied as the money was sent through the Hardee's app.  We have already notified Hardee's corporate of the issues with the store's power being out.
