      Crunch Fitness located at 1401 Sam Rittenberg Blvd. Charleston, SC is in extremely poor condition. The mentioned Crunch Fitness center is not BBB accredited or listed. The place has not been cleaned in months. The floors are dirty and dust coming from the base boards out to the floor. The treadmills has dirt, dust, signs of perspiration droplets mixed in on the housing of the machines.
      It appears that none of the Crunch Fitness in the North Charleston and surrounding areas has obtained more than a "C+" rating. The majority of the Crunch Fitness centers ratings is "F".
      I am looking for the Health Department to pay them a visit very soon. I spoke with the General Manager and he stated that the company does not want to authorize more than $12.00 per hour for cleaning? He acts as though the matter is out of his control but he did acknowledge that the place needs cleaning.
      I have many pictures of the disgusting filthy place. If money is such and issue why are they still open? People consistently join the fitness club. I would be embarrassed to even take a potential client on a tour of the place. They need to clean up or close down!

      I’m beyond upset with pivotal fitness and their customer service including peak. I have requested to cancel my account for several months. I’m still being charged fees. I just looked at my account and I was charged $95 this month alone. I’m a single mom trying to make ends meet and these charges are taking away money to feed my kids. I want a full refund for what I was charged. Their customer is hard to get ahold of. I just want a refund so I can feed my kids.

      Trash.
      They wouldn’t cancel my membership
      Even after I left the STATE
      Had to block them from my credit card
      Ended up having unpaid unused bills go to colllection and drop my credit score
      Stay away and save yourselves a headache
      Ive been away from Charleston x 3 years and it still haunts me in one way or another
