    I received a prompt response to my request for an estimate to replace the I/O carpet on my screened porch. The estimate was reasonable, they worked with our time schedule and accomplished the installation quickly, efficiently and carefully with minimal disruption to our lives. We were very pleased with the process at all levels. Extra kudos to the installers!

    Have no problem with job done, looks good
    But the problem is with the estimate for job. It’s just a list of materials, what he’s doing and the total price. You have to ask for an itemized bill to see cost of each. My complaint is that my bill shows cost of removing /install of vanity (30x18) and toilet was $130 fine no problem, but on bill he has another charge for vanity of $216 separate from the removal and install that he charges me previously. Showed him the mistake and will not refund the charge.

    Tony and his crew at Floor Coverings International did a fantastic job on our hundred year old house with its very uneven floors. They were very fast and efficient and courteous. They stayed late and finished the job and they also did a great job cleaning up afterwards, in the dark. I would recommend them to anyone.

    Tony provided us a professionally installed engineered hardwood surface in our master bedroom and closet. The hardwood was an exact match to the rest of the downstairs hardwood. The installation team was fast, efficient and polite. I recommend this company to anyone wanting to install engineered hardwood

    Floor Coverings International did a perfect job on replacing the carpet in two of our guest bedrooms! Tony was easy to work with and when he came over for a consultation, he provided a ton of samples to choose from based on what we were envisioning. The install part of the process was a breeze. The crew showed up right on time and finished before they were expected to be done. The carpet looked and felt even better in person. When we renovate our bathroom floors next year, I’ll be sure to hire them for the job. Thank you!

    Fast efficient and professional. Tony was able to meet scheduling requirements to have my project finished within two weeks from our original meeting. The installation only took 1 day. And the floors look great !

    Any project performed by contractors, licensed or not, is a little worrisome. Opening your home and life to these strangers, etc. Floor Coverings National in Charleston, SC, we here from day 1 to make this experience as simple as possibleon me. Tony S******, owner, personally took the time to meet us, look at the areas we wanted carpet replaced...showing several samples and having an estimate within 48 hours. This crew were very professional and on time. They cleared all heavy furniture in 2 rooms, removed the old carpet and padding, laid the new padding and carpet, cleaned and returned all furniture to where it was originally then hauled all remnants away. I would DEFINITELY recommend Tony and his team for ALL future flooring needs.
