Holy City Heating and Air sent the "Dream Team" to put in our new Daikin system. Ikeim and his team worked continuously for 11 hours. Even through the sporadic pouring rain, they made sure the equipment was protected and continued to work to ensure it would be a job well done! At the end of the installation, Alec showed us how to set the thermostats on our phones and connected us with the Daikin cloud. We greatly appreciate having a reliable and trustworthy HVAC and plumbing company that we can count on! Thank you guys- and keep it up!

5 starsI’m very impressed with the Holy City Heating and Air crew. They recently flushed the water heater tanks in my community. They were organized, communicative (important!), on time, and did their work as expected. The tech was friendly and professional, as was the office representative. Holy City is an amazing company. Tom grew up in the area and he and his wife are committed to the community as well as their business. They truly give it their all and foster an atmosphere where employees do the same. The most responsive dedicated team I’ve ever met. They always do their best to work you in. 5 starsI have known Tom and Jennifer for going on 10 years. They are amazing people personally and professionally. Tom has built this company from just himself and a truck back in 2015, to what it is today. This company strives to give nothing but excellence, they have built their foundation on treating their clients like family. Not only do the offer exceptional service for HVAC, they have a talented team of plumbers as well.
On Christmas Eve my mothers heat went out (in Columbia), Tom was going to drive to us on Christmas Day if she couldn’t find someone local that could come out! To say their service is exceptional is an understatement.

1 starWhen scheduling for installation of a faucet, the scheduler said she couldn’t supply a quote.
The bill ended up being a flat rate of $310 for less than an hour of work.
Corrupt practice asking your schedulers not to quote then having a flat rate more than twice the annual hourly fee for a plumber. Never again.
