Husband has tried contacting him numerous times with no response. Finally after many failed attempts Mr. Craig responded to my husband telling him he’s out of town. Not knowing he had done responded to my husband, I had also tried contacting him earlier that day he responded and he responded to myself asking for my address and letting me know he can show up the following day. The next morning I received a text from Mr Craig asking for address again so he can go to my house, he did not know who I was. I had somehow forgot to respond to his text but sent him the address. After sending that address, he immediately responds with “ My son was going to come by today but he not going to be able to make it today. We’ll try to reschedule for next week. Sorry for the delay. I’m out of town until end of next week.”. I guess after giving the address he realized who I was. Have texted him after that with no response other than one saying “ok” when asked if he had a cancellation he would let me know. No response to phone calls either. We have just had our unit installed by Craig around 2 yrs.

I replaced a thermostat about 1 year ago and the customer still has not paid for the service call or parts. When I notified them the invoice was still outstanding they chose not to respond to my message and did not pay the invoice. When they contacted me they acknowledged the invoice was still outstanding and still did not pay. I chose to not respond or service this customer since they have not paid their bill with my company. My labor warranty expired 1 year after installation of the equipment. Any licensed HVAC company can process parts warranties for them.

Craig Pagels Heating & Air has been servicing our air conditioning equipment for about 15 years now. He has always provided excellent service. He is very quick to respond when I call and provides reasonable pricing. Great to do business with.
