    We contacted with Bianco Builders to finish an addition of a screened porch and garage extension. Joe was very familiar with the project as he had provided a quote at the beginning but was high. When he came in, he made us feel confident that he could get the project to completion. Joe said should only take 3-4 weeks to complete. Per the contract we were to receive weekly updates which we only received one and that was after the first week. His crew on the ground used wrong material on the ceiling and had to be redone. Screen material was wrong and insulation was not the correct Rvalue. Joe became extremely difficult to reach, would become combative on the phone if he even answered or returned a call. Weeks would go by with no work at all. In fact went 3 months with no work. Needless to say, Joe never finished the project and would not honor the terms of the contract. I finally had to bring another contractor in. Last conversation I had with Joe, I let him know that due to poor work that had to be redone, that I needed money back. Joe responded by saying he was not going to pay me anything and I could do whatever I needed to do.
    Horrible experience. Extremely unprofessional
