    Had gutters put on our home. Had some issues as far as a visible hole in newly installed gutters and I had concern over the spacing of hangers as I was told to expect max of 2 ft spacing and noticed some hangers spaced at 5 ft. Installer came back out and said he'd take care of concerns. He fixed the hole by adjusting the poorly installed downspout and said he'd check the hangers. As I'm hanging Christmas lights I notice some gutters have bad scratches on the bottom and some hangers are still spaced 4-5 ft. I expected better out of this company and brand new gutters.

    Texted with the salesman and he said it'd be a quickfix. I ask him what he means, the scratches/gouges or the hangers as I don't want the scratch/gouge fix to look worse than the original and then I don't hear anything until the next morning when I'm being blamed in their response. I was blamed for putting the scratches there by the company with my ladder. The scratches are on the bottom. Impossible to put a ladder against the bottom of a gutter and at that point it was a 6' step ladder. Also the spacing on the hangers is well short of promised. It took you weeks to come out to fix the hole in brand new gutters. I had to call the office and they acted like they had no idea I was waiting. I called the owner yesterday after being blamed for the scratches. Owner said hangers are not placed on 2' max as indicated by the salesman, so don't let them try sell you on how much better they are than the competition based on this. After talking with the owner and him trying to argue with me about the hole in brand new gutters which I said was fixed in the review, and expecting 2' spacing as promised by the salesman that the owner then wouldn't corroborate, I decided it isn't worth having them out to fix the issues.
