    Booked a stay at this hotel in Charleston, South Carolina based on the location and the pictures online. This was memorial day holiday weekend 5/24/25. Upon booking and checking in, we were given the key, and upon entering the room, quickly discovered that it was nothing like what was advertised. It was dirty the bedsheets on both beds had cigarette burn holes all in it, the sink was rusted over in badly damaged, the walls were badly damaged, the bathroom door was basically destroyed holes in it, no door knob could not close it the door, It was pulled away from the door frame, mold on the tub, as well as the shower curtain. The towels weren’t clean, the floors were dirty, the TV had been dropped or damaged in some way so the picture was scrambled. We went back to the front office to complain and speak with the attendant. He told him about the room. He apologized and said that the only room that was left. I requested a refund so that we could go somewhere else, and he told me no refund could be given And that I spoke with the owner, Mr. P****. He proceeded to give me the owners contact information and email and I immediately sent the email letting the owner know our concerns and that I requested a refund. I have not been contacted or anything about the issue or the refund.

    They took the money off of my card which they illegally saved to their computer then used that information after they barred me from the property I only found out after looking at my account and I asked my bank to look into it

    I stayed at the quality Inn on April 20 2024.
    It was the grossest hotel experience I've ever had. I made a Google review and the owner responded and I asked for a refund.
    Next day he charges me $300 and when I called asking about it, they claim I broke a mirror. The mirror was broken when I got there. I broke nothing.
    I also got bit by bedbugs.
    I want my $300 back and a full refund from this hotel...if he tries to fight it I'm taking him to small claims court and it will escalate if need be. I won't be taken advantage of.

    *Reservation was made for a non smoking room for 2 nights
    *As receptionist walked passed room we asked her to come in as someone smoked in the room. Also, there was not a bathroom door.
    *we asked for another room even if on a different property. She said no there was nothing she could do and we had to figure it out.
    *we only had enough points to book a room for 1 night at a different property so we did that. then instead of going to have dinners we had use our trip money to book a hotel for the 2nd night.
    *This ruined our vacation all I am asking for is to be refunded all points Quality Inn and Cambria used on this weekend do to the property not fulfilling their contract. Meet me half way I am not asking you to reimburse me the 2nd night just the points ***
