    We had this organization install a drainage system in June 2023 using PVC pipe. Today (January 17, 2024) we had a business remove thick blue clay near one length of PVC pipe. While working, the contractor accidently poked a small hole in the pipe. When they repaired the pipe, they noticed that the PVC pipe was VERY thin. We both looked at it and it was clear that Hardy Services used the cheapest PVC they could buy. I have worked at Home Depot in the plumbing department and this PVC pipe is definitely not recommended for outdoor use. Only interior water applications should be used with this pipe. After Hardy Services placed the pipe, they haphazardly placed the dug-up clay back over the whole area, which was where we were going to plant a garden along the house. We called them to complain, and what I got was a rather nonchalant apology, but nothing in the way of recompense of any sort. I have placed a complaint on the area's Next Door web site so that perhaps people will read about my experience and think twice before using them.
