    They sent out reps who have no idea what they’re doing. A leak kit was installed with unnecessary labor performed for a plugged up drain line. The plug wasn’t removed so 5 months and $270 later, the same leak occurred, as it will when you don’t address the actual problem. At the call back when the refrigerator continued to leak, I was quoted over $1200 to replace a $15 part because we have a built in refrigerator and this is how much it would cost to fill it out. An assessment made without even accessing the drain line. They didn’t even move the panel in the freezer that would have allowed them to even look at the drain. And, BTW, they were wrong about the ease of removing the fridge. My brother in law did it. In walks Sloan, a reputable appliance repair company, who did the job, which didn’t require moving the refrigerator away from the wall, or any new parts. They removed the freezer drawers, steamed the thick layer of ice off the bottom of the freezer, and cleaned out the drain. line which had a huge plug in it. Problem solved. Why can’t people just know how to do the jobs you’re paying them for?
