    I paid $875.63 for moving services to NoFlex Moving and Logistics on May 6, 2025. (See receipt - it states it was paid on May 7th because it was after 1 a.m.) The manager Durocher M******* and owner Marc H******* told me if I paid before the work was completed that there would not be additional charges the next day (except for boxes). However, the next day they charged an additional $807.69 that I did not agree upon. Also, owner Marc H******* had told me he would only charge me 50 cents per box, and I only used 5-10 of their boxes because I had plenty of supplies of my own. However, they ended up charging me $291.87 for supplies, including 32 boxes, which I did not use (see receipt). 10 boxes at .50 each is $5.00, not $291.87. They also over-charged me on May 6th because most the time they were there on May 6th they were on their phones or sitting in their truck or eating. My friend and I ended up doing most of the work that I had hired them to do. They also damaged my furniture, which they did not pay for. I am requesting BBB to arrange at least a refund for the $807.69 paid on May 7th because I was promised if I paid the $875.63 on May 6th that there would not be additional charges the next day when they finished the job.

    I am writing for an update on my BBB complaint for help getting the $807 back from Noflex Moving. In your last correspondence a month ago, you stated you hadn't heard back from them yet. What is the next step? When will my review be posted on BBB regardless of them responding or refunding the money?
