    I paid for the items with my credit card & was to receive an email when the items were to be sent. I never received an email for the items to be sent & have not received my items , which were charged to my credit card. I called and left a message to call me back along with two emails regarding the above items & they haven’t returned my call or emails. I would just like for them to return my money ASAP. This purchase was to be an Easter Present for my family.
    This company’s address is located in Charleston, SC, however the phone number is located in CA. I hope this isn’t a fraudulent company!

    This is to confirm that we have searched our system and could not find any email sent to us regarding this matter. We have reach out to the customer to confirm reshipment of her order. If this is denied, a refund will be processed to her account.
