Very much racial profiled. Came in just to see about doing the background check. A large redhead wearing a black shirt with glasses was very much smart with my boyfriend. He then walked away and then came back snatching his ID from the very nice gentleman that was coming to help us. He claimed their policy is that they can refuse service for any reason but we came in very nice. Hope he has the day he deserves ?? I will need to be contacted. Or we can take it to corporate??

This facility is very racist. I was stereotyped from the moment I walked through the door. The first time I came to purchase a firearm they told me the address on my license had to match the address on my conceal weapon permit. I explained that I moved and so I got my conceal weapon permit updated with my new address. I went back again after it was updated. This time was told by the sales team and manager that they didn't feel comfortable selling me a weapon because I was asking my husband to advise me on which was a better name brand. I proceeded to tell them that I served over 20 years in the military etc. They asked, have I ever shot a firearm before and what kind. I provided my retired military id, concealed weapon permit and license. I am a business owner and I would never treat a customer the way they treated me and my husband. I will never step foot in this place again. Discrimination is real. It's so sad.
