    I booked bridal hair and makeup at Pink Mansion Beauty in Mt. Pleasant with Barbie. (******* ******) My appointment was set for 4:30 AM on May 17th, 2025 to be in time for a sunrise service. Barbie arrived at 5:15 AM. Kaiyla the hair lady arrived 5:30. I was charged $50 for an early fee for each professional and $150 for each service hair and make up. For a total of $400 I proceeded to allow Barbie and Kaiyla to complete services as she promised she would have everything completed in time. Long story short it was not! They used ****** **** products on my hair, and ******* products for makeup on my face. My hair was flat upon arrival to my ceremony, I was having to try and cover the foundation and makeup on my lashes. The worst part of this is, I missed my blue light photos, I missed my first look, and I missed my sunrise service. Before knowing the additional fees I would have to pay, I reached out to Barbie who had already promised to refund $150, a brow service at a later time, Kaiyla offered to do my hair again if I were to get photos done again at sunrise. I did ask at that time for $200. She stated she would have to wait until the following Wednesday to refund me so she could get things in order. I filed a dispute through ***** after she stated she wanted me to wait till Wednesday for a partial refund. I filed with ***** because professional services were not provided as listed on her website. had to pay $500 extra for photography/ videography, and rental fees. This I was unaware of when asking for $200. As of 11:50pm on Friday May 23rd no refund was provided. She lied and stated it was due to the dispute, but the dispute was filed after she stated she would need until Wednesday to provide the $200. She did refund a partial refund of $200 via ***** Saturday May 24th. However I’m still out of money and I was not provided services as promised and stated on her website. She cost me much more than money can buy and I feel it’s only fair she refund the full amount.

    She also was not licensed to preform this service. I was not aware of. As she portrayed herself and the other lady doing my hair to be licensed professionals.
