    I have had ongoing termite issues at my home. Barrier Pest Services has treated my home numerous times with no success.
    They suggested I encapsulate my crawlspace which will help prevent termites because I was having moisture issues.
    I took their advice, spent around $20,000 to have this work done.
    The termite issues still remained. I called them to see what the next steps need to be taken to resolve this issue. The person I spoke to with, Trip, of Barrier Pest Solutions had contradicting information from what Mason originally told me. Trip said encapsulation does not help. Trip advised me to burn my house down as an option to get rid of the termites.
    I have paid them hundreds of dollars to treat my home and they mocked my situation. This company is the least professional pest company I have ever worked with and people need to know not to use them. They will not help and will waste your time and money and will provide incorrect information regarding solutions for your issues.
