    landlord Leasingandmanagement.com refuses to refund partial security deposit of $460.00 for appartment rented at *** ****** Street, Charleston. They refuse to return phone calls/written correspondance. They submitted two painting receipts, for different units and days and I believe painting company does not exist as they have no address and phone number is never answered

    Firstly, Mr. D'******** assertion that the company does not exist is inaccurate. The company is duly registered with the Federal Government, and our records correlate with the provided FEI number. Moreover, our communication channels are valid.
    It's important to note that Mr. D'******** is not a party to the lease agreement. The lease involves his daughter, who was abroad during the move-out, as attested by the written testimony of the roommates who handed over the keys. Mr. D'********'s involvement in the matter appears to be misguided to the extent of the damages.
    We have conducted a thorough secondary review of the deposit, ensuring that all charges were applied appropriately. Despite having numerous move-outs around the same time, an error in sending the wrong unit painting invoice did occur but we have provided an itemized report directly to the lease holder. After a third review of reports and charges, we can confirm that the amounts are accurate and remain unchanged.

    I am rejecting this response because: Leasingandmanagement still has not provided a valid true invoice for the painting reflecting the correct date. Somebody in the office should be competent to keep accurate honest records.

    The invoice you have was one that was reproduced for you as the original had multiple p[properties listed that did not pertain to your records. Please find move in and out reports for the records to show the condition the property was left.
