    1 star is too much. Used a 3rd party on line ordering service and this was the florist they chose. The arrangement received was nothing like the one ordered, total scam operation. Check out the (54) out of (55) reviews on **** that give this business 1-star because there’s no option for a ZERO star review.

    Delivered dead flower arrangement to my grieving family. Delivery driver hung up on me twice. She made a statement which began with You People. She also said I could not afford the flowers I purchased for my family. I asked for a picture before they delivered they did not send it. My aunt sent the picture and they were limp. This is a bad business. They would not take my calls to speak with me to make it right. This is how they treat a grieving family???

    I placed and order at the end of January for Valentines Day February 14th, I knew that I had made a mistake and attempted to cancel the order. I found this to be an impossible task. I had call them at their shop multiple times leaving messages. After a week, I finally spoke to someone that was working in the shop and did stop the order from going out. I have yet to speak with anyone in a administrative capacity about a refund. They have not responded to any of the emails that I have sent. The date is now MAY 1st. I am having to go through my credit card company to get this issue resolved. This company does not know how do do business or communicate with their customers. I would have considered other options other than a refund had I been contacted, however, after reading the review form Google and Yelp, I am sort of relieved they did not send flowers on my behalf. I also understand people have bad days. I am not sure how they will remain in business if they do not attempt to communicate with potential customers.

    I placed an order at 7:30 this morning. I called around 1pm to check on order. The grumpy, very rude ladies who tried to answer any question super unprofessionally were on the phone. They stated they did not have my order that TelaFlora system was not talking to theirs so they did not have any order for me. I asked them "How would a customer know your system is down?" They said "they wouldn't" Betty, said she would call me back in 45 minutes...Well 2 hours later I called back. Lady answered and told me Betty would call me back in 5 minutes and I asked "How do I know that phone call will happen? I am trying to get Flowers delivered today?" Betty never called me back in 5 minutes!! I called another local Florist and had my flowers delivered!!! I tried to call Blossoms & Stems back to make sure they dont try to process the order after the fact and now they wont answer the phone. I called TelaFlora, which they were blaming for the order missing and Telaflora says I have to contact Blossoms & Stems...you know the grumpy women who now wont answer the phone!!!!

    We ordered flowers online for our ten year old daughter who lives across the country in SC. The website accepted our order and credit card iformation. We recieved an order confirmation and then the next day there was no delivery to her school. I called and spoke with the owner and she refused responsibilty even though it is her business and website. She was terribly rude and hung up on me. Our daughter was so disappointed for valentines day.

    I received a spring plant basket and 3 out of 6 plants were nearly dead. After trying for 2 weeks to speak with a manager, I was told a refund had been given. But, they neglected to tell me it was a 20% refund. Every time I called the employee was rude and not the least bit helpful. We asked if they would send a new arrangement and they refused. Do no use this florist. Lesson learned.
