From the initial inspection to completing the repairs, they were prompt, courteous, and thorough. I appreciate their attention to detail and the quality of their work.

    I am completely impressed with 843 Roof, LLC, a small local Veteran owned business. Their customer service is exceptional from the first greeting! I had requested quotes from several roofing companies for minor repair and was getting little to no responses. My neighbor recommended 843 Roof, LLC because he was pleased with the work they did on his home. I requested a quote from 843 Roof, LLC online and without delay 843 Roof, LLC contacted me almost immediately. Charlie was prompt, polite, professional, and took the time to listen to my questions and concerns. Charlie came out the same day to inspect our roof and the repair was completed the next day. The pricing was fair, we were not overcharged, and the professionalism admirable. I was provided photos of the repair along with an inspection report. 843 Roof, LLC commitment to their customers and quality of work is commendable. 
    843 Roof, LLC is reliable, honest and operates with the highest integrity. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for roofing work. Since I bought my home in 2016, this by far was my best contract experience in South Carolina!

    843 ROOF did a great job on my new roof! Had it completed in a day! When finished they had my yard back to normal! Price was just right!! Check them out if you are looking for a new roof!

    From day one Brian was a true professional and he helped my sister get a roof put on. He dealt with her insurance company and did everything possible to make the process easier for my sister. I highly recommend this company and Brian. He was timely was responsive and accessible at all times.

    843 Roof LLC was quick, honest and diligent to get me the best product for my new roof. They recommended shingles that are rated to withstand 130mph sustained winds which are needed in Charleston. My new roof looks great and I am happy with the warranty! Brian and his team were great to work with. They coordinated the removal Reinstallation of our Solar system which was 2 separate arrays, and helped us navigate the entire process. What we thought was going to be a nightmare was actually a breeze."

    Hassle & Worry Free! Brian at 843 Roof made it so easy and convenient for me. He met with the Insurance adjuster on site and even spent much of the day with the work crews on my roof while replacement was taking place. They installed a high quality ALTAS Shingle & New Skylights. No Stress at all. Seamless. Thanks Brian!

    My roof was 20+ years old and due to all the storms I was missing quite a few shingles with more coming off during every storm. I knew I needed a new roof but wasn't ready to deal with it. Thanks to Brian I didn't have to do much. He explained how everything works and he called my insurance while in my front yard and we were able to get the claim process started. From that point forward he communicated and handled everything with insurance. Within 2 weeks of initial contact (with Thanksgiving in the middle of it) I had a new, beautiful roof with none of the hassle. I was very impressed with how quick the crew worked on my roof (less than one full day for removal and replacement). They got rid of my old rusty satellite dishes that we no longer used and helped me the wires up that were buried along the house (way more than expected). Brian was awesome in his communications throughout the entire process and always made sure I understood the insurance lingo. I can't recommend 843 Roof enough. This was one of the quickest, easiest and smoothest home repairs I've experienced.
