    The date of the transaction was 4/22/2023, I have not paid the business anything, the sales rep name Promise said it would be a 7 day trial period, I called her back in 2 days leaving messages and text messages, without response to the only number I was given with no paperwork or email included. The business was to provide humidifier and vacuum combo to try. I called and text Promise the sales rep, with no response, now my credit score has dropped over 100 points because of this. The business just wants to be paid, Ritello referred me to a finance company called Belmont finance. Promise the sales rep left no info for the finance company, only HER cellular, that she does not answer. This whole thing was a scam and I'm left to deal with it. The bill is over 5,000 for a vacuum cleaner. I can not afford that, that why I called her back after 2 days of trial period. Is there any help or relief as I am not the only person they have scammed. If you check my credit history, I try to keep my accounts in good standing

    Hello Ms. Roberta ********, We can confirm you did purchase a Ritello back in April, 2023. You entered into an agreement with the finance company by which Ritello Of Charleston can not intervene. You also should have a received a copy of your contract from the finance company. The finance company also performs a detailed verification call with you that they record for their records. We are here if you have questions about servicing issues or you look to purchase additional fragrances. We are not a scam and wanted to address your concern. Unfortunately changing your mind or having buyers remorse is not a valid reason to return the product or cancel a contract. Please address your financial obligation with the lender. We know you will find the value in the product as so many clients do. Thank you and have a great day.

    Company has given me misleading information and told me if the sold 2 vacuum from my referral list the vacuum would be paid for by the company in full . Which I had 2 people purchase from them and when I called them they change and said 4 people unacceptable

    I would like to start this off with saying this compliant is not with my office of Pure Air System in Batesburg, SC it is in fact with Pure Air Life in 444 DeAnna Lane Suite A, Charleston, SC.  However, this office no longer sales rainbows they sale another vacuum system so I do not feel that this needs to be placed on my profile.  Now with that being said, this is the first I have heard of this person having any type issues and would be happy to talk with her and get this resolved.  I will send over a copy of the paperwork of the program and it plainly says 12 demos with 2 A line sales you can get a rebate back on your system.  I will have to contact this office and get all the paperwork sent over to me so I can forward this over to you on Tuesday of next week.  Again, I do not feel like this needs to be placed on my profile as my office did not sale to this person.  As far as the warranty goes on the product she has a 10 year warranty on the electrical parts and a 4 year bumper to bumper on the other parts and any rainbow office can take care of warranty work for her.

    I not sure what else you need they lied about the process and when I call to confront Tiffany about the issue she change it to 4 people instead of 2 sale
