      Came out to fix my Samsung dryer and was told the issue was condensation. I was told to let it sit for a few days and it would work. After letting it sit for a week it still didn't work. Called the warranty center and they made another appointment but Bene was a no call no show. Made another appointment and they were once again a no call no show. Called them directly and the call would be picked up then immediately hung up. They don't deserve one star.

      Our Samsung refrigerator icemaker stopped working. Called Bene Tech and Daniel came out. He was super professional, fast-working, came within time window, and called 10 minutes before he came. He replaced the icemaker at no charge. Too early to know about ice results...but at this point, I could not be happier with his service!!

      Bene technology customer service was very fast efficient and friendly. He fixed our ice maker in 20 minutes and was very professional. We would recommend this business!

      I would give them zero stars if I could. Terrible customer service. Cancelled my appointment after I left work early. Couldn't get me in for an additional 2 weeks. Then called me while at work and told me they're on the way 3 hours before our appointment window. Samsung sent them to replace my oven door, which was damaged when delivered. The repair tech told me it was not covered because he called the warranty department at Samsung, even though it was not a warranty claim. I called Samsung myself after he left and they told me that it is covered and that he spoke with the wrong department. Huge waste of my time. Samsung should use a different company for their claims.
