      Awful product, $2200 waisted on cutting sword that started to fall apart from the moment I opened the box. Kojiri got detached from the very beginning. Kashira came off, tsuka-ito poorly done ( loose).Kurigata came off ( it was poorly glued on surface of saya). Regarding costumer service: (whoever by the name J) had been emailed me back and forth without concrete solution, telling me that they trying to get ahold with rep. of the manufacturer…. In the end J said that he/she just sell swords and not responsible, suggestive me to contact manufacture with this issue. Company from Thailand answered me once by email with the offer to fix it but didn’t give me any details in shipping nor address. I sent multiple emails to them, no reply from them. Dear customers, stay away from this company, save your money for the real swords you can buy elsewhere.

      Ordered online, stated it was in stock item but it wasn't. Then, you can never get a hold of anyone, no returned calls, no emails. Never ever order from here!!
