    This chassis were to be for overweight containers and can not handle legal weight material use to built this chassis looks like recycled materials not even close to what I was offered.

    Greetings, We disagree with this complaint. Mr. **** ***** is not due a refund and has received overwhelming customer service but yet refuses to be satisfied. He purchased the unit in 2022 "as is", brand new. Mr.***** exceeded the weight that was allowed on the unit which caused it to bend slightly. He still continued to use both chassis. We made every effort to provide good customer service to him by responding and connecting him back with the factory that fabricated the units; we had a company affiliated with the factory handle quite a bit of the repair. Our company was notified from the owner of the factory that they contacted Mr.***** and made corrections to the units and returned them back to *****. Mr.***** currently uses these units as seen in the pictures sent, it has been two years since his purchase. This proves that  the units are operable and usable. The units were new and fabricated well according to the factory. We do not believe a refund is due to this customer. Mr.***** in fact was going to purchase additional chassis from us also so we are baffled to find this complaint come to us after two years. We have attached the invoice that shows he purchased “as is” along with several emails that shows we were responsive and that the factory was not as cooperative as they did not offer a warranty or an additional resolution. We made several attempts to contact the factory but they were difficult and we also threatened them with our attorney and still got no response.

    I have plenty texts in Spanish and English where I'm asking them for help I understand I might not have read the small letters on the invoice but I'm a correct person and if they are a correct person also they know their equipment is NO GOOD I have text where I was told by Koppur trailer that the chassis were going to be replace for new chassis and gave me the run around and never did NO I AM NOT SATISFIED and yes I gave the what they deserve a bad review as you can see this chassis were purchased on 11/9/2022 and on 12/6/2022 my nightmare started.

    Thank you for bringing this response complaint to our attention and giving us an opportunity to respond. We had been doing everything in our power to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please allow us to provide some background information on our company and our products before we address the specific customer at issue.

    From the outset, we have strived to provide a direct connection to the manufacturer in an effort to provide our customers with the most user-friendly experience possible. Because we do not manufacture the products we sell, we sell our products as-is, free of warranties for potential defects. This is communicated to our clients before they agree to purchase (both orally, and in writing). Selling our products without warranting against potential defects allows us to provide our customers with a lower price point than we otherwise would be able to. Because we sell our products as-is, our company asks each customer to inspect the product(s) to confirm that there are no issues with the product at the time of delivery. We believed this to have been done since Mr.***** left with the units and used them.

    Our company prides itself on our commitment to our customers. We take a hands on approach when it comes to every aspect of our business. We work with our supplier to ensure that the products are of the highest quality. We communicate with our clients to ensure that their needs are being met by our products. Put simply, our clients are the reason that we are in this business, and that will always be the case. When Mr.***** first contacted us about the issues we were deeply troubled and began investigating immediately.

    Mr.***** received  our invoice which clearly states that the product is sold as-is, without any warranties for potential defects. At that time, contrary to the complaint filed by Mr. *****, there was no mention of any concern with the chassis, he left with them after he had ample time to review them. Mr. ***** never expressed any concern or issues with the product until after he took possession of the chassis. When the company first learned of Mr. *****’s issue, he was put in contact with the factory and had technicians work on his units even though the company was not by contract obligated to do so. 

    It is not clear whether the issue is a manufacturer’s defect, damage during transportation, or damage done by Mr. ***** after he took possession of the chassis due to him using the chassis incorrectly. After discussing the issue with our technician, it became apparent to us that the damage claimed by Mr. ***** is the very type of damage that can be done when a container is overweight and placed in the wrong location on the chassis. 

    The results of our investigation have concluded in several findings which, at a minimum, make Mr. *****’s complaint suspicious:

    He inspected and accepted the chassis upon delivery.
    Ms. ***** is demanding a full refund after using the product and several repairs were made to the units by the factory. He has also had possession if the units for two years.

    The company has been targeted by social media accounts as well as google reviews which claim that the company is selling illegal/recycled products. However, the manufacturer of this product is licensed by NHTSA. Additionally, we had a DOT inspector certify that our product meets DOT requirements.

    In sum, the Mr. *****’s actions and statements, when viewed as a whole, give our company cause for concern that he is creating a false narrative about our new company.  He did receive ample time to review the invoice/contract prior to purchase, he was communicated with and several repairs were made to his units although we were not obligated in hopes of showing great customer service in spite of be badgered online.
