    On 3/29/22 I filed a complaint with the BBB and never heard a response. I'm trying again. On 11/8/21, I was supposed to start a 3 month $5,500 personalized physical, mental, & spiritual weight loss program. ****** ***** *******, the owner/founder/trainer/coach of SX3. First speaking to ******, she had me believing that this was the right system for me going through menopause. She told me the program would have meal plans, exercising & weight training programs. Her client testimonials express, workouts, dedication, advice about fitness & nutrition, stress management, time & effort she spends on her clients. Throughout the 3 months I received charges on my credit card for $5,660.70 (which is not what we agreed on), one 3 day meal plan(that I could have copied from the internet, never any time or effort on me). After questioning her consistently, she became very rude and I never received anything else. I emailed her a letter expressing how I didn't think the program was working, she never spoke to me again. She expressed there are "No refunds & that she doesn't babysit her clients". She was moving from S.Carolina to Denver, CO, so I wasn't a priority anymore. She had her money. I never signed a contract and her lack of professionalism has made my life extremely stressful. Please help help me get a refund and have resition on this issue. Thank you.

    I would like to clarify this issue was resolved already with my secure payment processing company after a thorough investigation. This is an online training business, nothing in person. **** was refunded her money until the investigation was complete and it was confirmed she did not uphold her end of the contract. There was months of messages that were reviewed to confirm she was drunk every day and not following the program. In not attaining results she blamed me and tried to not pay for the work I had put into her program. With 100 of client testimonials I am sorry to hear of ****'s dismay but I did my due diligence as CEO of my company and I wish her the best.

    Thank you again for taking the time to work on this. I disagree with the business's response. I had gotten a refund from Capital One until they sent me that note (that I sent you) saying I didn't send them material. I sent them material in the mail and also a 40 page fax of the same material. ****** never refunded me. I sent you all the texts from ****** and myself and expressed how I had one or two glasses of wine at different times. M-Thus I worked 11 hours everyday. I have called her early in the morning or when I got home. Being drunk everyday is impossible, especially at those hours. ****** is very unprofessional even indicating that. I followed the program however, it was kind of hard when ****** stopped giving me anything but the 3 day meal plan. I asked ****** repeatedly for material. However, I never got anything. I asked ****** for a refund due that everything she told me was a lie. ****** charged more than she initially said and told me to go back to the contract which I could never open. ****** moved from SC to CO, then everything changed. There was no commitment after that. She moves constantly so I don't know where she thinks she spends 100 % on her clients.
