    Can't contact company by phone because phone is no longer in service. Company was suppose to do a service on our air conditioner. Would like to find out if the business closed or what's going on.Thank you

    My secretary went out on maternity leave the second week of August for 3 months and then decided to not come back.  We have been shorthanded in the front office because of her quitting but have been fielding calls between myself and my lead technician.  My wife has also been working here on Mondays and Fridays to help, and my minor son has been coming in from 830 to 12 as well.  We are returning all messages that we don't catch initially from our business phone.  *********** called and got a disconnect message, it may have been the 2 days that our phone was unplugged because of my dog getting into the office and knocking the plug off the wall. We didn't realize it until 2 days later when we realized we were not getting calls to the front desk.  Mr ***** is correct about the fact that we did schedule him for a cleaning of his unit October 7th, which had been scheduled back in May.  Ironically, he is the only customer we did not get to that day and because we were short staffed, his appointment was not rescheduled as is normally would have been.  Since I spoke with the BBB, I have reached out to the customer and have scheduled a new appointment for cleaning his unit this upcoming Tuesday at 10 am.  I explained to him what we had going on in the office, and he was still interested in us servicing his unit.  I think this is a case of circumstances playing out in a certain way as to give Mr ***** the impression that we were out of business.  I do wish, however, that Mr ***** would have been a bit more persistent in reaching out to us before resorting to the BBB.  Again, we have not had any issues with communicating with our other clientele and responding in a timely manner to their HVAC needs.

    I hope that this helpfs to clarify all concerns/questions with this matter and verifies my ongoing commitment to giving quality and timely service to Pee *** Heating & Coolings customers.
