    I received an email Monday, 9/18/23, stating pricing for a four bedroom/four bath apartment is $1270. I paid the application fee of $210 on signing day, 09/20/23, and the lease they sent is $1600. I believe this is false advertising and I am being told I cannot get a refund for my application fee because they have a clause “prices subject to change”. Just shocking they can go up $330 in two days.

    SCAM ARTISTS. After a $210 application fee and after signing a guarantor agreement for our daughter, and after asking for confirmation on rent without recieving but given a ball park figure, they raised the rent nearly $300 a month. Preying on college students without life experince shame on you.
