    The District Clemson for false advertising. Applied for a lease on an apartment advertised on line for $950.00. Got a lease sent over for $1325. Screen shot of web page advertising apartment after contract sent for $1150.00. They should not be able to adverstise for one price, charge you $50 for the application, then increase price over what is advertised.

    Pricing and availability change frequently, especially in the height of leasing season. We are required to manually update our pricing online when it changes, so a slight delay is expected. Because of this, we list on our website that pricing & availability is subject to change. Please see a screenshot of our website disclaimer below. If you look closely at the screenshot from Jeannine, you can see this disclaimer was on the page that she screenshot, as well.
