      I purchased a room that was no refundable for a game that was happing at Clemson’s Memorial Stadium. I do understand that it was non refundable ie. if you cancel or change your mind on staying. That was not the case we showed up to check in and upon arrive the the bed had urine on the sheets and bed. We live about two hours away from the hotel and it was around 11pm. It was ultimately in our best interest to drive home and not accept the quality of the room considering my wife and I should not have to sleep on urine. I filed a complaint with **** travel who I booked the say with and they informed me that the hotel said that there was no evidence of urine on the bed well I have the photos and the time stamp of them with the location and they are lying to keep the $300 or so dollars for the room instead of owning up to their mistakes.

      As this hotel is a franchise hotel, we inspect rooms on daily basis therefore we do not see this type of problems.  Additionally, we ask the guest to move to another room but they did not stop at the desk. They just left.  Unfortunately, we are not able to give money back.  We inspected the room next day and did not see the issues described by the guest.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********* and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.

      I did go to the desk and I was not offered another room he called his manager on the phone because he was not working and told me he would call me in the morning to resolve and I never got a call. No attempt was made to reconcile for the damaged room and this is not correct. I believe the are a take your money no matter what company even when in the wrong. The person working the desk told me his name was Patel and that someone would call to sort this out that was my only answer when I took this to the front desk within minutes of checking in.
