    I ordered pictures from my son graduation on July 5 2024  From this website that was on the paper. It’s August and no pictures in the mail. I have left several messages about the pictures.

    I emailed them, as they suggest emails and live chats and specifically told me to email them regarding requesting a cancellation with my photographer I booked.
    I do realize I lose out on what I paid.

    I further then emailed days later, as I hadn't heard a response in 48 hours, asking if I could have a partial refund. I know I must pay for the hours of photography, but they dont have to edit photos, so I asked if it would be possible to get a partial refund in the amount it would cost their editors to edit my photos they were no longer having to do.
    Upon not hearing back from both of those communications, i went to their live chat, where the chats are now randomly "ending" before i am able to speak with anyone at all anymore.

    My wife, *** *****, ordered photos of our daughter (student at *** School of Medicine) online from Classic Photography in late August 2022 and paid using her credit/debit card. Since late August 2022 she has called the contact line and left at least 2 messages, with no response, and also e-mailed on several occasions, with no response. There has been zero communication from the photographer about our order of photos, but the card was charged for payment
