I placed an online order using the app that my significant other was going to pick up on her way home. At the conclusion, it asked me to rate my experience using the app, which I rated a 1 because it was very glitchy and took several attempts to place the order. She arrived and parked in the very limited parking of the strip mall right next to a Domino's delivery driver to which I proceeded to notify on the app that she had arrived so they could bring the order out. It was nearly half an hour later when I got a call from her saying someone from the store came out to the car and begrudgingly gave us the (then stale) order, telling her it was her fault that she didn't park where they could see her and yelling at her for giving a one star review for doing so. Naturally, I immediately called and spoke to the manager, explaining the situation and asking who had done that. It was then he informed me it was him and began to repeat the same insults at me, blaming us for their inability to accurately do their job, even admitting he was short staffed. I told him that was no reason to take something out on her, but it was clear he was angry about a one star review that wasn't even against the store. I called her back and told her to just take the food back, but she was too humiliated by the experience of which she had no real part of to begin with. I contacted the customer support, letting them know I wanted a refund and an apology for her, but no one ever contacted me back. This location has a history of undercooked food and tardiness, but to berate my significant other when she did nothing wrong is over the line. I have included a picture of the receipt and pictures of the parking lot to prove that, when given the make and model of the car on the app, it would be fairly difficult not to see her especially when they knew exactly what to look for.
