    Booked an axe throwing session in June 22, 2024, for 11:45am. When we arrived door was locked. No answer on business phone. Waited for 20 minutes then emailed business. Got a response saying,
    “ We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the plumbing issues we are currently experiencing. Rest assured, the problem will be resolved by 3:30. To make it up to you for the trouble you have faced, we would like to offer you a complimentary appetizer with your meal. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

    We were just passing through and wouldn’t be in Clemson that late in the day, so I responded and asked for a refund of our $40 instead. Austin responded the next day, “ No problem we’ll get that taken care of!”

    I’ve tried calling to no avail, and have emailed twice more with no response.
