  ****** ******* is a racist, unprofessional, disrespectful, cold-hearted, unhinged, untruthful, disgusting person. She not only doesn't truly help the fosters who work with her, but she also doesn't help owners get their dogs back, and she speaks to EVERYONE with disrespect. As you can read from her responses in other reviews, that type of behavior gets no one anywhere. This is proving many people points. She refuses to take accountability for anything. She will most likely respond to this review as shes done with others. I would say more, but look them up on ********, and you will see hundreds of comments about her; you will see people speaking out with receipts and proof showing the kind of person she is. Shes been like this for the past 10 years, and its sad. Shes calling people idiots, but shes the idiot for calling an African American woman black trash and saying, You know what your people call thatShe is deranged.

  This is another whacko. These are the people I deal with every day in rescue.

   

  I might also add that I have NEVER EVER called anyone "black trash". Some of my closest friends are african-americans. Trash comes in ALL COLORS. I deal with trash of all colors every day but I keep my mouth shut when dealing with the public, because most people are out of their minds.

  Dumbass, with the proof on F B. You will NEVER have space to talk. Another woman on these reviews stated how you called her a redneck. You think anyone will believe you over the evidence provided? You have ONE phone number on all your websites and one email. YOUR phone number was in the screenshots of you calling a woman black trash and stating I think you know what your people call that I hope your business fails. Your phone number was also in all the screenshots of all the people you have screwed over and disrespected FOR NO REASON. Just so you know, more and more information is coming out about you. It will all be exposed. You should have just shut your dumb *** mouth and watched what you texted but an old hag like you just doesnt know how to not be racist or kind. Someone needs to punch tf out of you, seriously. The only trash here is you.

  I agree with everyone here. She is the rudest person I have literally ever talked to. I got called a nutcase and a redneck because I wouldnt tell her the rescue i chose instead of her. Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional.

When you try to give it to them and they don't like what your are telling them, this is their response. They get nasty and this is what they do . I am dealing with uneducated illiterate people with very low IQs. This is juts a fact of life. I am dealing with the scum of the earth most f the time. People that abuse animals, don't get them spayed/neutered, think that it's ok to put a dog on a chain with NO SHELTER ins 10 degree weather. they all think rescues are making money so they think that by complaining to the BBB, they will somehow hurt us with their bad reviews. end of story. I really shouldn't even be taking my time to respond, It makes no difference and nothing is going to change their minds or help the animals.

  This woman is the rudest person Ive ever spoken to. I had a dog come to my house and wouldnt leave. We have three dogs ourselves and didnt feel right about leaving that poor baby outside, considering it was 9pm and 40 degrees. So we brought him in the house and fed him. He showed up with a collar and looked well fed. He was a little dirty, but lord knows how long her was out there. I immediately posted on all my social media platforms, missing/found dog pages, and planned on brining him to the vet to get scanned for a chip in the morning. Unfortunately, he was not chipped. At this point I called well over 30 vets, rescues, shelters and humane societies, and asked if anyone was missing a dog or could take him in. As I said before I have three dogs and my boy dog wasnt getting along with him. So we kept them separated the best we could. I finally got ahold of Jesses place where she was ignorant from the moment she answered the phone. I explained the story and she reply with well can you just keep them separated until I can find a ****** I was willing to do it, but at the same time this is my dogs home. She proceeded to ask if he was fixed and I told her no. While I had already scheduled an appointment to get him checked out and start shots on him considering we didnt know how long we would have him. She did go out of her way to try and help me get him scheduled for neutering. However I was lucky enough to have found his owner. Once I told her the great news this is when she stated everything that I SHOULD HAVE DONE when the owner came. I told her I was a offended by some of her remarks I get a response to sorry your so thin skinned She proceeded to tell me that owners who dont get their dogs fixed or micro chipped are bad owners and probably dont do any flea and tick preventions. I myself dont have my dogs chipped but they are all well taken care of. Once I said that she decided to block me. If I recommend anything for her its to seek help for herself

  the owner of this place is a total whack job. such a shame for all of the adoptable dogs that wont be adopted because of the un-professionalism. read her replies on the reviews, she responds like a child throwing a tantrum. Run dont walk!!!

  The owner ****** is the rudest person Ive ever came across, and from the other reviews it seems Im not alone in this assessment. Idk how shes stayed in business this long but we will never be using her again or recommending her to anyone. She does not know how to treat the people who help her and ***********************. Shes extremely rude and insults you. She thinks she doesnt owe you any explanation or anything. If you question her or call her out she says Im not dealing with this and just hangs up and then ignores your calls. Im sure she will leave a comment on this review as she has done the others. Calling them wack jobs. This is a very unhinged owner, so proceed with cation. Youve been warned. Something is definitely going on here. Theres no way we all are saying the same thing and we are all wrong.

  I am a 6 year Army Veteran that purchased a dog in 2021 when I returned from deployment to cope. Since Ive been back I fell on hard times recently and was seeking a good home for my dog because he deserves a better life. This is the first time that Ive ever felt to leave a negative review for a business. However, this was by far one of the rudest business owners Ive ever spoken with. I meant to reach another Rescue Group but somehow the call was directed to her. *** never surrendered a dog before so I do not know the process. I explain to her the situation and she asks if he is neutered. I tell her he isnt no she gives a sarcastic laugh saying he needs to be neutered. She then asks if he has all vaccinations, I tell her that he has some, and she asks me how long Ive had him. I refer back to what I said at the beginning of the conversation about returning from deployment 2 years ago, getting him, and falling on hard times and she replies with 2 years ago?. Why didnt you get him neutered then?. She finally volunteers to give me the number of the correct rescue group and I tell her I am fine and hang up. She then decides to text me (hopefully I can attach) to continue being unprofessional, I blocked her. After reading the other 2 reviews there is NO doubt that they are telling the truth. If you read her replies it tells exactly what type of service you will get from her. This is a business owner replying to customers like this. It saddens me that people like her are in industries that require empathy and maturity. Im sure that a lot customers are difficult but not all are. When trying to figure out the right way to do things instead of just leaving your pet on the side of the road, you are met by a nasty human being like this. Im sure she will reply to my review in the same disgusting manner she replied to the others by referring to one as a wack job. Rudeness seems to be a common theme here and obviously she doesnt get it. Be careful people

  The female found *************************** is horrific. . . Being new to ********* on a work contract, I figured a way to get involved was to offer my apartment and time to a 501(c)(3) non profit rescue organization. This very scared dog was dropped at my apartment on an afternoon. I was told to get a kennel, food, and a list of six medications he had to take. He also needed to be bathed 3x weekly. This was fine. I understood. What I will never understand is how incredibly unhinged the founder ****** became when I questioned why ***** the dog was being transported to ****** to sit and wait for adoption. . . She threatened my place of work, she threatened my livelihood in ********* and said I would be in jail and her threat was not idle. she then had four other woman contact me and bully me. I just wanted proper documentation for *****'s 16 hour journey to begin once again as a terrified puppy. Something smells very very off here.

  This woman is a TOTAL whack job. She literally tried to steal one of our rescue dogs. She was fostering the dog, then refused to give it up  when we had an adopter. The prior 2 weeks she had repeatedly told us she couldn't keep the dog any longer and everytime we found another ******, she changed her mind. We had to get the police involved twice. The second time they went to her apartment, after Animal Control and Officer ***** of the **** informed her she was about to be charged with a  felony, she relinquished the dog. The theft Police Report  # is 20231013171502
  

   

  Up front, we provided her with everything the dog needed, incl meds, shampoo, dogfood etc. He was never on 6 medications.
  

   

  This woman admittedly suffers from clinical depression and has not been taking her meds. My lawyer did a background check and she has had numerous dui's (she doesn't own a car) and evidently has trouble keeping a job.
  

  I have numerous e mails and texts from her threatening me ,the dog's first ****** and a volunteer transporter and  after seeing these, Officer ***** sent me this:

  Yes you can go to the magistrates office and seek a 50c. if granted, the 50c would be useful in preventing her from contacting you. She could violate it if contact is made and held in contempt for the violation by a judge. The judge then would set the penalty for the violation.

  **** did get involved and I want to thank them. After Officer ***** and others got involved in the case, they CONVINCED her to give the dog back to us. They made it clear to he that if she didn't, she would be faced with multiple charges, most likely be found guilty and would probably serve jail time. You can confirm this with Officer *****.
