    Mere designs aka Lisa Spencer is a con artist. She uses unethical business practices. Case in point I paid her to do a small construction project in my home. I paid her for 2 specific items that were included in her price estimate for the project. When she presented me with a final invoice for two items not previously invoiced, I questioned her about the funds I had already paid her which would be offset by these credits. She claimed she had reallocated those costs but was unwilling to provide receipt copies to back this up. DO NOT do business with this company.

    Of the $11, ****** I paid *********************** (including ordering a sofa in the amount of $2365 and Luminette *************************** blinds in the amount of $6044) she owes me $9351. The sofa and blinds were never ordered although she kept the money I paid in full and other services she was hired to do were incomplete or poorly done. I have letters from *************************** and ******* furniture stating that my items were never ordered by her. In addition the *************************** and ******* reps asked her to take their names off of her vendor list. I submitted this to small claims court where an arbitration judge required her to repay me $7500 (giving her a discounted amount from the actual $9351 owed). She has never paid the judgement. ******* worked at that time under just her name or "Redirect Designs". On repeated attempts to kindly ask her to follow through with the amount owed, she never responded or said she just didn't have the money.
