      **** Albertson was paid a half deposit of $2650 for work to be completed back in August 2024. That money was for custom built ins totaling ($3500), wood fireplace mantle ($600) and laundry room custom cabinets ($1200). He came back back in January to complete the built ins and fireplace mantle and was paid the rest of the money an additional $2050 for the work completed and he told us he would be back within 4 weeks to complete the laundry room cabinets. Long story short he never came back and after contacting him back in early March, he still had no timeline to have our job completed. I had then asked him to refund us our $600 that was paid in deposit back August 2024 and since then we have been getting the runaround from him. He has been promising us that he will get us the money back and then comes back with another excuse that he cant give us the money and to be patient with him. We just want our money back and move on so we can get the job done.

      I contracted with them to custom build furniture for a client, they were paid in full and have never produced any of the items on the attached invoice 1184.We are moving forward with legal action, and intend to push this into the courts as quickly as possible.
