      I have had the pleasure of having the staff @Cool Care Heating & Air to perform maintenance service (and one extensive HVAC repair concerning a mold problem) at my residence and they have been nothing short of amazing. From friendly, courteous and knowledgeable service technicians to the pkeasant voice on the line providing reminders for upcoming services, they can't be beat, in my opinion.
      I don't get to select my service technicians, but if they are anything like my recent technician, Mr. Chris Snyder, I would request them everytime. Mr. Snyder displayed the epitome of professionalism, caring enough to work quietly as possible (my svc appt was 0800 hours), offer to help me move a piece of furniture to access one of our furnace registers, and took great pains to not track dirt into my home (my crawlspace is completly covered in sand). Even though he had to go in and out several times, he didn't complain about removing/donning shoe covers each time. I truly appreciate his work ethic and wish more companies hired the best workers that could be found. This has always been my experience with Cool Care and I hope this continues to be a lasting, positive customer experience for me.

      Choose Lowe's or Home Depot. Don't use these people, you have been warned. They will avoid you like the plague when it comes to their contracts, treat you horribly, and lie. They love to lie. I have been waiting on a call from them since last year. When I called back several times, they were rude and avoided me. Bad business practices under the disguise of a legitimate business. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID AT ALL COST

      I was promised a top-quality product when I purchased my new system in 5/ 2020 after several months of a supposedly two-week initial installation. I still need to receive sensors installed on the second-floor level of the house, as promised. The airflow is unbalanced upstairs; I was promised a keypad by the company but am still waiting to receive it. The owner never returned a call after being told by office staff multiple times he would contact me. But he came out initially with promises of the best quality product, then turned around and installed a 2020 unit in the basement and a three-year-old unit on the outside. I'm afraid I disagree with being honest, reliable, and fair, not to this $14,000 paid customer. It is not worth it.

      Our furnace died, temps were low, and we had a newborn - an awful situation. The team at Cool Care was very gracious in working out same-day service and plan out a quick installation. I have used Cool Care in the past and had great service from the team. While we did not choose them this time for installation, I was very impressed with the office staff and team to try to help quickly. I will definitely work with them again.
