    I purchased a mini Split AC Unit and it went out after 1 year. I was instructed by ductless aire to go through a checklist with a technician to find out what wrong and I did that and it was concluded by ductless aire that I needed a new motherboard which I purchased and then replaced. After replacing it still doesn’t work which I contacted them and they had me go through a completely different list after I was told I was sent the wrong list to begin with. This 2nd list concluded that I needed a new compressor. Now the company won’t let me return the original part they told me to buy nor reimburse me for me having to have a technician come out a few times as well. Now we got to the point that they will not even respond to my email at all and I’m stuck with a unit that doesn’t work

    I purchased a DuctlessAire Mini Split unit from Lowes, for my single car garage, so I could have a temperature controlled space to house my husband's Hemo Dialysis supplies. On 10/11/23 - I paid $1000+ for the unit and another $750 for a contractor to install it and discovered it was defective. The outdoor unit does not work. I called an HVAC contractor and he tried to charge the unit and told me the unit has a short and flips the breaker as soon as it is powered on. I called in an electrician to check the unit and replace the breaker. The electrician confirmed the outside unit is indeed defective and as soon as switched on - throws the breaker.
    This was submitted to ****** ****** (********@***********************) with the information requested and have provided over 25 photos and am told by their rep ***** ***** (*******@***********************) that she will not do anything until I provide even more proof that it was installed correctly. I paid my electrician another $1750 for his efforts and he has come 3 times to get her what she wants. She will NOT accept what was provided.
    My husband's life in endangered if these supplies are not kept in a temperature controlled environment. Ms. ***** & DuctlessAire are putting his life at risk and causing me undo stress by NOT replacing this unit. I want this corrected immediately to keep my husband safe. I feel violated and cheated and the mental duress is taking a toll on me as a caregiver.
