This company heard my problem and issues with squirrels and rodents entering my attic. I asked specifically if they could 1) identify entry point through their expert inspection, 2)set ip traps to catch and remove critters, 3) seal and clean up. They did a poor job at identifying any critter by droppings and by never trapping or catching the squirrels or other critters. They sealed the areas they deemed appropriate per their own assessment, but did a terrible aesthetic job and the critters still entering. I called for their warranty and they barely patched all previous areas and they did nothing to trap or find the critters. Not professionals, not caring, not ethical and is only taking money for poor patch job. A true professional and capable company would have trapped , removed and then sealed the areas with quality work and materials, plus they would stand behind their warranty and not make the customer feel like an inconvenience. Bad, very bad experience and i recommend anyone not to trust or hire this company.

      Ms. S*******,
We’re very sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with our services and I am surprised to realize this through this review.
To recap our perspective; On 03/21/2022 we inspected your home for squirrel activity. Our inspector T. R*** was informed -by you- that you’d already had 2-3 companies out to take care of this problem and that you were in litigations with them to get some return on the fees you’d paid. Our inspection revealed a possible rodent issue in the attic, but could not confirm that it was a current issue or from the previous issues you’d had addressed with other companies. We photographed some of the work performed by other companies to record the subpar installation. We recommended rodent exclusion (lower half of home) which entails sealing any possible entry points to eliminate possible activity. And proposed to reseal the eaves and dormer on the roof as it was not done correctly by the previous co. This was completed 04/08/2022.
In late April (04/22/2022) you indicated you continued to still hear activity and were certain that it was squirrels, our team could not find any evidence of squirrels but in good faith, installed squirrel traps near the chimney. No squirrel was captured.
In May (05/05/2022) it was reported to us that you were hearing activity in the walls of your bedroom and requested that we install a surveillance camera in the attic. The camera was installed and monitored remotely. No evidence of movement in the attic was detected in (4) weeks of monitoring the attic. This, after coming and moving the camera to another view.
In June (06/23/2022), you mentioned you thought rats were coming from the sewer. We could not duplicate that suspicion and recommended you follow up with the city on that request.
In July (07/08/2022), we discussed closing the project out, there were no reports of continued activity, and nothing had been being caught in any of the traps. We closed out on 07/11/2022. All traps were pulled. And the attic was fog sanitized.
November 21, 2022, you called and indicated you had a creature in the house, and we conducted a warranty inspection on 11/23/2022. Traps were set again as a precaution, and you indicated you wanted the metal removed from the wood corner ends and wanted them to be sealed with surface bonding cement. No reports of activity in November 2022.
All work was Quality Controlled by our Operations Manager on 12/28/2022 and it was pointed out to that the ridge vent guard -installed by another company- was installed improperly. He offered to help you navigate with the installing company to hopefully get it corrected. This was of no concern to you, and you did not reply to my request for information on that company. He agreed to having the corners sealed to your request and confirmed that all other work was completed. There was no evidence of continued activity found in his inspection. Nothing was trapped for one month and on 12/29/2022 the corners were sealed per your request.
I called to follow up with you last week and you did not return my call.
We feel our dedication to you and this project has been paramount. We’ve made an unprecedented number of visits to your home to follow up on every request.
Our commitment to satisfaction is important to us and we’d like to close this process amicably. If there are specific areas of concern you would like us to address in terms of aesthetics, we are happy to consider your requests. You will need to have the ridge guard on the roof corrected by whomever installed it to guarantee that small critters aren’t making entry there. We can install it correctly but there would be an additional charge.
If you would like to provide us with a list of items, you feel were not completed – per our estimate for services we’re happy to review it and go from there.
We look forward to hearing back from you.
