    Wow- another case of getting the nice treatment until you sign a lease- and then boom you are garbage. The majority of bad reviews speak to themselves but the lack of speaking skills and communication is deplorable. Oh you cannot stay with us- too bad you signed a lease! Oh you want out- find a replacement! Oh you got a replacement- $500 transfer lease fee! Give me a break- if a student has an issue with keeping lease- and in our case months away from lease- you are sold out- have a waiting list - help find a replacement- but if you choose to do nothing and student does all the work- $500 transfer fee? What a scam.
