    Hello, the dispute I am writing about today is in regards to a problem that occurred in 2020 in the prime of the pandemic Covid where the world was practically on a worldwide shutdown. It was around the end of summer I applied to the hub for off campus living for USC as I had gotten accepted to go to school there. However classes went to all online so I never even stepped foot into that apartment nor collected any keys to the apartment. I did not even know I was being charged until recently. I am only 24 years old now and having an extremely difficult time trying to find a place to live because of this. On all of my background screenings this comes up as a broken lease where I owe $11,000 however I never stepped foot on that property or received keys. I was 20 years old at the time. The original charge was $4-5,000 but has occurred to $11,000 after 4 years. I have filed a dispute for this once I found out and want to take it a step further in hopes you guys may be able to help.
