    The purchase was made on 09/19/2024 for a refurbished refrigerator. We paid 515.00 for the total purchase. The freezer did not freeze the first 3 days and we had the company repair person to come back out and fix the issue. Shortly after we found out the ice maker did not work not did the light in the freezer. Also, the temperature never got to its coldest. We spoke with the repair guy Carlos, who advised us on 09/25 that a part was being ordered to repair the issues. We called week after week to be advised the part was still out and had not arrived. ON 11/01 I called to speak to the manager who advised the part was on its way and also advised the warranty would be extended once the part is installed. I called back on 11/04 and was advised the part was in but the tech picked it up and would call us to schedule the install. I didn't hear from the tech and I called and left several messages and have yet to hear back yet. I am seeking to have the refrigerator repaired or to be refunded.

    on 10/17/24 I purchased a samsung washer/dryer set for $592.25. C& M delivered the appliances 10/21/24. We did not see them run it to be sure it worked. The units were hooked up and not tested for being working properly. When I used unit next day, there was no or little water coming into machine.
    C&M was contacted about the problem,they promised a tech would come to troubleshot it. We are waiting for this to happen, the technician has not come and we have no working machine.

    They are not responding to calls etc. Since their contract says no refund, we need a replacement, but can not get it.

    Bought washer and dryer, they come with 3 month warranty, after about a month the washer stops working, they send a repair guy out twice, he never fixed it, they then said they would send a replacement, but have since refused to answer the phone. I am only seeking a refund of 225$ for the washer.

    I am rejecting this response because: Why can they not return to card, I work out of town, and I do feel I need to take a day off work, because your product was bad, and then you refused to communicate with me when I was in town. I showed the burden of proof...

    The owner of the company refunded the 225, it was his employee that refused to answer. All has been settled.
