    Me. Gregory S***** has failed to complete the work that he stated he was going to complete, I have pre paid 3400 for labor for equipment that he says that is in his possession, TV, Fire place, and sound bar that I have not received and asked him to bring to my home, I have called him several times to express my concerns which he totally disregards without replies, he has been in the neighborhood but will not complete my work or address me. He is a scammer and not a man of his word, even after I told him I was contacting the BBB, the HOA, and an Attorney he has refused to contact me, this project started three months ago.

    On 8/20/24 I sent 3000.00 dollars to Greg of Mount King to purchase and install four televisions in my Man cave. On 9/3/24 I get a text from Greg that he is overwhelmed and that he was starting the return process on 9/4/24 Greg texted it will be 5-7 business days before I see my retuned.on 9/12/24 I receive a generic photograph stating No refund available the full refund was refunded. That did not reflect my bank or credit card statement. No response , I text no response .

    Good afternoon-

    I hired Mount King LLC in June 2023 to come out and to install a TV with a mount, electronic fireplace to include two power receptacle installations. He included the wall mount in the price and then when he got there, the one he provided was not the proper kind. So he asked ME to order the sound bar (that was already included in the price). He said to let him know when it came in and he would come back, install the sound bar and finish up the other Power receptacle in another bedroom. We have tried contacting him several times with no response. Since I am typically the one that communicates with Mr. S*****, we tried reaching out on my husband's cell, a number he was unfamiliar with. Mr. S***** booked an appointment and everything to come to our house. On the day of, he realized our addresses were the same and said "he couldn't make it", therefore letting me know he was purposely avoiding me and completing the services that I pre-paid for- $783.50
