    David Bradley General Manager for the Columbia, South Carolina Region lack people skill and professionalism. Basically, called me a lair!!! A battery was purchased brand new when I purchased a car for my son. The battery is still within warranty! I didn’t purchase the battery personally. However, the guy who sold us the car purchased the battery. The store refuse to honor the warranty claiming the original buyer have to return it. Fine, ok… after I filed a complaint. David now says the warranty canceled when we purchased the car! Two conflicting stories!!! I can accept policy! What my issue is the conflicting information on top the so called general manager was so nasty about about it. The lack of people skill and listening skills he lack tremendously. I’ll NEVER step foot in any Auto Zone again EVER!!!
