  The staff is friendly and doesn't try to upsell. However, I was lied to about the services done & the quality of work was good but less care than I expected for a premium price.
  
  I made an appointment for an alignment to my specs (using standard adjustment points) due to Autocrossing my vehicle. Dropped the car off overnight the night before and it was finished near the end of the day.
  Once the car was finally aligned, I was told that due to my car being "difficult" to keep alignment they drove my vehicle after the alignment and checked it to have to do that twice before it stayed. I was told they needed to upcharge due to the extra labor.
  When I searched my recording rear camera, my car was driven once to its parking spot after the alignment.
  
  I was told when they drove the vehicle that my clutch pedal was sticking down & it could be a slave or master cylinder dying. A symptom I haven't experienced before or after. That could have been used error.
  
  After getting the car home with an upcoming even that weekend I did recheck my suspension hardware torque settings and all the alignment bolts were barely more than hand tight. I torqued them to the right specs.
  
  Only after hearing a similar story from a friend who's alignment slipped twice did I understand this is likely a common story.
  
  This is essentially like buying a hand designed dress, expecting it to be good and it was a Shien product.

  As a business owner, I never write reviews. The rare exception is when someone is honest. I will make the effort because it helps the consumer. I am the father of a USC student and live out of state. My daughter's car broke down and they provided advice that was genuine and honest. I can assure you it was not what I wanted to hear, but it saved me a lot in the long run. They were super helpful on the next steps as well. I highly recommend this firm for your needs.
