Ms Tiffany failing to comply with barber & board rules and regulations, she chargers taxes on clients with out using her product.. I put down 1000 dollars for my school barber stuff in only got 200 and under worth of stuff, everything was old except the blow-dryer, and combs my bag rip a month later the combs break easily, the clipper guards was old I received all use guards accept 2 and 8, my razor came from the barber shop next door to dynamic because Ms Tiffany didn’t give us one, it took 3 to 4 months to even received my barber bag everybody payment is different some people paying more some people paying less, some people also gave Ms.Tiffany a 1000 dollars up front and some didn’t at all some peoples gave Ms Tiffany less money up front, she Over charging in tuition, her attitude is very unprofessional, Ms Tiffany done fought with her mother, ARGUE with her mother, had DSS come to the school, been bout to fist fight with one of the students in the back of her class (outside), when clients come in she don’t know how to talk to them as a student she don’t hear you out, she fuse and yells at you, talking to you like you a child, she will write you up for something she started than she will ask some of the class to cover for her, and when they deny she gets mad and stated that she has someone higher to cover for her, she had us at the school at 9am manyyyyy times, sweeping the whole outside, street parking lot, side walk, with the same broom we use for the inside, taking out trash from the front of the class to the back , washing her towels (telling us to take the towels home and for the ones who don’t have a washer at home to go to the laundromat on North Main to wash and dry them) if we DON’T she get mad) leaving the class unattended ,she also have us cleaning bathrooms, walls even microwave, when we choose to not do it, it was only cause we was not in class to be a personally maid and it’s not school rules, she would tells us to don’t use it at all or touch nothing at all. We get left unattended soooo much she either picking up her child cause he was fighting in school or picking up the lil child from school ,or she going to her dentist appointment, or washing towels but MOST OF THE TIME WE NEVER KNOW WHERE SHE WENT OR GO if we staying after 4 which is after hours she would leave somewhere and tell us to lock the front door in leave out the back, she pop up to peoples stuff saying we on a field trip when we get there they don’t be knowing we was supposed to come…. when someone come in to tech us something or to talk to us she would get mad saying so y’all didn know that when we really didn’t know cause she don’t teach us the right way than get jealous at the lady who she told to come teach us STUDENTS AND PEOPLE WHO HAS WORK FOR HER LEFT DUE TO THE DISRESPECT OF THE INSTRUCTOR, SHE HAS FAMILY/FRIEND WORKING FOR HERBusiness Response

Unfortunately, Ms. *** your false accusation can cause you to be charged as to the criminal that you already are. We will work on doing a better job in screening our students during our enrollment process in our second chance program. We definitely had to let you go for safe concerns for our other students and our guest because you were threatening to shoot people (former students and random innocent public bystanders) and informing our clients that you had a gun on you. You were looked at as the school bully and now you want to bully our company due to your lack of personal and professional development. Not to mention you threaten to beat the owners ass verbally, after you were issued a No Trespassing notice, you waited in the parking lot . You rarely came to school, and when you did it was always a personal issue or issues with staying up on your own personal account at the school. We were only here to encourage students.We proud ourselves in working with the undeserved community because we believe everyone deserves a second chance which you were over accommodated. You have been withdrawn for our school since 12/12/23. We have you to thank for making sure we serve everyone even better. Sorry our service was not good enough for you. My reason why I’m no longer attending the barber school Dynamic barber on North Main was solely decided by my instructor Canzator. I simply inquire about my school supplies and financial cost of things. My instructor called the police when the class agreed with me about my inquiry. The police arrived and Canzator told the officer she wanted me removed from the class and if I returned trespassing with me applied. Canzator has since then made false nefarious statements to different people regarding me making threats and being a bully and also having drugs. If it was true that should have been told to the police instead of a month later lying out of angry anger, Tiffany had 9 students everybody left due to the police being called n she lying to the officer I have did a review on her business page and have got 11 likes THAT CAN TELL YOU THAT WHAT IM SAYING IS NOT A LIE, and her taking our money Tiffany stated that she knows people at the state board and that nothing will get handle she has been having her students which is her family members make calls out to people to come back to her school they all says no some sent her to voice mail, she gets mad and go live about them, EVERYBODY PAYMENTS ARE DIFFERENT most of the stuff we did received as barber students was USED and was under 200 dollars even though we gave her 1000 dollars for our barber stuff, DSS HAS BEEN CALLED TO HER SCHOOL SHE HAS FIGHTS WITH HER MOTHER AND ALSO CALLED THE POLICE ON HER MOTHER AS WELL If I had any enemy's I wouldn’t tell my worst enemy about going to this school.Initial Complaint

On January 8th 2024 at 9:00 am I went to Dynamic Barber institute to apply and register for their barbering school. I paid a $50 registration fee and submitted my registration paper.
After leaving and doing some more research I was informed that the school was actually a scam and I decided that I no longer wanted to attend.
At 12:00 p.m. I returned to Dynamic Barber and told them that I no longer wanted to attend the school. I was told the $50 registration fee was non refundable even though their handbook states that if a student cancels their enrollment they are entitled to all monies refund. I was told again that I could not receive a refund and I was ok with that. However, after learning that the owner of the school was involved in some fraudulent activities I did not want her to have my personal information (social security number, address, driver's license number, etc). I asked for my registration paperwork back and I was told that I could not have it back because that is how the school keeps their financial records. I told them to just make an invoice and give me a receipt but that I wanted to have my personal information back. After that, I was told that I needed to leave the premises because the staff was going on lunch and that I could not have my personal information back.Business Response

Unfortunately, this is untrue and our school registration fee is nonrefundable as stated on the form that you completed. While inside our school. You stated that you couldn't afford to make a down payment prior to the social media false allegations you brought back to our School site. You refuse you say you sent you our public school catalog based on the excitement post that you said you made on your social media account. After calling us multiple times prior to your initial arrival and moving forward to even register for our school. You called the police on the owner and they were able to see what was going on. Which caused further disturbance from our school. Sorry that you chose to listen to students who may be made about the standards that we have to operate in at our school. You were handle with respect and serviced well. If you would have made any additional payments on or towards your account, yes all of those monies would have gladly been refunded as stated in our school catalog. We are built on trust, respect, integrity and have served our community over 25 years. Please be aware that deformation of character can also have legal consequences.

I am rejecting this response because:Actually, going through the BBB is the most professional way to resolve a matter without going through the legal system. I have provided proof from your own handbook that I am entitled to a refund. Furthermore, I have stated that I no longer care about the refund that I would simply like the documents back with my personal information. Your response does not make any sense. Proof of what? You are proving that you have my personal information and are refusing to give it back to me. I do not understand why this matter can not be resolved in a simple manner. Simply give me my documents back or send them in the mail please. I will continue to work with and through the BBB until this matter is resolved. I do not want myself or any others to file any more complaints. Simply give me my documents with my personal information back. This has no financial cost to you. I simply do not understand why there is an issue with giving me documents with my personal information back to me.
