    I would not recommend this contractor for any reason whatsoever he takes your money and uses it for other clients that he is working on doesn't pay his workers as he should and then wants more money when he barely worked 41 hours in 3 weeks and the project was never completed the kitchen cabinets arrive in 2 weeks and the flooring is still not done which he refused to do and he damaged the side of our house when he put a window in there and the door was not appropriately installed as well so if you want a long-term contractor who does not stand by his word or his contract then this would be a great person for you other than that to me he doesn't get permits you have to call repeatedly to the permit office to make sure that the permit is there instead of him telling you that oh it's in the works it takes a while and all that which it does not he just has to go to the permit office pay for the permit and get it approved so he does not do that until you ramrod him into that situation he worked for 2 weeks here until I finally started calling the permit office myself he will not show you his business license nor his bond insurance and all the records for that to show you that his employees are covered and that if somebody's injured it's not going to go back against your homeowners. I know this is a long review I know that it is showing him in his true context so if you know him I apologize for having to put the stain on his reputation but I do not want anybody else to be fandangled into his situation of bogus promises and nothing getting done not sticking to the contract charging more than what is normally allowed using your money to pay for other people's work to be done and using their money or somebody else's money to correct and take care of your remodel. Hey him has and doesn't want to do what is entailed he has two employees and they work from 10:00 to 3:00 3 days a week.
